针灸治疗1605例单纯性肥胖症的随机对照临床疗效评价

Clinical evaluation on acupuncture for 1605 cases of simple obesity

目的:探讨针刺、电针、埋线3种不同方法治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效的差异。方法:计算机检索CBM、CNKI、维普、万方、PubMed数据库中2013年2月18日前公开发表针灸减肥的文献,使用《中医循证医学临床实践指南》随机对照试验研究的标准筛选相关文献,将治疗方法、针刺时间、针刺次数建立Logistic回归模型,探讨临床疗效的主要影响因素。结果:筛选出29篇2388例随机对照文献,对其中使用针刺、电针、埋线3种方法的1605例进行比较,经过Logistic回归分析,有效率同差异无统计学意义,无效患者接受治疗时间、针刺次数差异无统计学意义。结论:在治疗4周以上的患者中,疗效仅与疗法有关,对治疗4周以上无效的患者,治疗总时间长度和针刺次数对疗效几乎没有影响;埋线疗法优于电针和针刺。

Objective To evaluate the difference in efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding therapy,electroacupuncture treatment and acupuncture in obesity.Methods The articles published in CBM.CNKI,VIP.Wanfang.PubMed database were retrieved before 18 February 2013,based on randomized controlled study on acupoint catgut embedding therapy and electroacupuncture for simple obesity according to the Evidence-based Guidelines of Clinical in Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine.Explore the main factor by establishment of logistic regression model for treatment methods,treatment time and treatment frequency.Results 29 randomized controlled studies which contains 2388 cases were.screened.There was no significant difference in efficiency,nor significant difference in treatment time or treatment frequency of acupuncture for invalid patients among acupoint catgut embedding therapy,electroacupuncture treatment and acupuncture.Conclusion Only treatment method affect the therapy effect,neither treatment time nor treatment frequency of acupuncture had impact on the efficacy of patents with invalid treatment for more than 4 weeks;acupoint catgut embedding therapy is superior to electroacupuncture treatment and acupuncture
