摘要
针对铜闪速熔炼工况动态过渡过程中过渡时间长、工况波动大、资源浪费严重的问题,提出基于过渡代价的铜闪速熔炼工况动态过渡过程优化策略。该策略通过融合过渡时间与过渡资源消耗,构造过渡代价函数,并形成以该函数为目标的熔炼工况过渡过程优化问题。为此,通过构建熔炼工况动态关系模型搭建过渡时间、资源消耗与工况状态过渡过程之间的关系,并通过建立工况波动约束关系式确保过渡过程的平稳性。最后,借助Legendre伪谱法将该问题转化为易于求解的非线性规划问题进行求解。实际应用结果表明所提策略的有效性、可行性。
Considering the defects that much and many resources are needed and dramatic state fluctuation exists in the dynamic transient procedure for copper flash smelting process,a transient cost-based optimization scheme of dynamic transient procedure for copper flash smelting process was proposed.By integrating transient time and transient resources consumption,a transient cost function was presented to achieve optimization.In order to solve the problem,the dynamic modeling of copper flash smelting process was developed to construct the relationship among transient time,resources consumption and working states,and the state fluctuation constraint was presented to ensure the smoothness of working states during transient procedure.Finally,by using Legendre pseudospectral method,the optimization problem was converted into a mathematical programming problem,which can be dealt with the well-developed parameter optimization algorithms.The simulation results of actual production data collected are given to verify the effectiveness and feasibility.
