摘要
针对非圆活塞零件的实际加工环境,以非圆车削直线电机刀具进给系统为控制对象,系统由直线电机、TMS320F2812DSP和LabVIEW数据采集及位置反馈部分组成。采用自抗扰方法对直线电机伺服控制进行仿真及实际实验研究,获得较好的控制效果。
Based on the actual processing environment of noncircular piston parts,the linear motor noncircular cutting control system was as the control object,the composition of the cutting tool feed system included linear motor part,DSP module,LabVIEW data acquisition and position feedback.ADRC(auto disturbance rejection controller) algorithms were used to control linear motor servo system.The results show that ADRC can achieve better results by simulation and actual experiment.
