摘要
为了克服噪声对转子信号的影响,提出一种基于最大信噪比的转子振动故障信息分离方法。基于最大信噪比的信号分离方法是一种盲信号分离方法。该算法利用统计独立信号完全分离时信噪比最大作为分离准则,它具有非常低的计算复杂度。信号处理结果表明:基于最大信噪比盲分离方法能快速、有效地分离出目标振源信号,为转子振动信号的监测与故障诊断提供一种新的方法和思路。
In order to separate rotor vibration sources form sensor signals rapidly and effectively,a novel method was proposed based on maxim signal noise ratio for blind source separation of rotor fault information.The signal separation method based on the maximum signal-to-noise ratio is a blind source separation method.The algorithm uses statistics independent signals when complete separation of the highest SNR is used as separation standard,and it has a very low computational complexity.The test results show that the maximum signal-to-noise ratio based on blind source separation method can quickly and effectively isolate target vibration source signal,providing a new method and thinking for the rotor vibration signal of monitoring and fault diagnosis.
