安全阀年检网络管理系统设计与实现

Design and implement of safety valve annual inspection network management system

针对电力企业(集团)中大量安全阀年检和监管难题,设计了一种电力企业(集团)安全阀远程年检及数据管理系统(SVAIMS)。该系统采用扩展的C/S架构模式,以电力企业安全阀管理业务为主线,通过C#模块化编程技术,搭建包含安全阀年检信息采集、到期阀年检预警和超期阀年检报警三项高级功能及分类查询、用户权限管理、报警设置等一般功能的安全阀远程年检及数据管理系统。该系统的运行将有效提高电力企业(集团)在安全阀年检管理的效率,同时可大幅度避免超期阀所带来的安全隐患。

Aiming at the problems of plentiful valve annual inspection and supervision in the power group,it is necessary to design a kind of system concerning the safety valve remote inspection and data management(SVAIMS) in the power group.The expansion of C/S structure mode was used by this system which follows the safety valve management of the power group.By means of modularized program method of C#,three advanced functions were developed including the collection of safety valve annual inspection information,maturity safety valve annual inspection early warming setting and overdue safety valve inspection alarm as well as the general-purposed multi-taxonomy queries,user's authority management,alarm setting.The efficiency of the safety valve annual inspection management in the power group will be improved effectively by operating the system that could substantially avoid the potential risks resulted from overdue valves meanwhile.
