摘要
通过对运动白细胞显微图像的特征分析,提出一种分级直方图均衡算法,能有效增强细胞与周围背景的对比度,在较好保持细胞边界信息的同时可以起到滤波作用,较好消除噪声影响。在Matlab 7环境下对100帧白细胞连续图像序列处理,平均误检率为1.50%,平均漏检率为0.55%,表明该算法能提高检测性能,避免或减少细胞误检和漏检,提高多细胞跟踪质量。
A kind of grading histogram equalization algorithm was put forward by analysis of the movement leukocyte image feature.This method can effectively enhance contrast between the leukocyte boundary and surrounding background,and better maintain leukocyte boundary information at the same time playing a better filtering effect,eliminating the noise influence.100 frames of continuous images sequence were processed in Matlab 7.The results show that the average miss detection rate is 1.50%,and the average false detection rate is 0.55%.The algorithm can improve the detection performance,avoid or reduce the mistake of the leukocyte detection,improving the multicellular tracking quality.
