摘要
珠江三角洲的桑基鱼塘农业是市场化程度较高的商品性农业。在桑基鱼塘的租佃经营中,地主为开辟桑基鱼塘进行了投资,获得了生产的主导权。依照社会惯习,这笔投资具有清晰的收益权。而租佃的程序也赋予地租与市场之间的联动性。地主的投资与佃农的投资共同分享市场的利好与风险,商品性农业的发展应当在这类经济关系的变动中予以解释。
The agriculture of Sang Ji Yu Tang in Zhujiang River Delta is the commercial agriculture with high level of marketization. Landlords made investment to build the Sang Ji Yu Tang and obtained the dominant right in the producing process. The social custom authorized the clear usufruct from the tenancy system. Likewise,the procedure of tenancy connected land rent with the market situation. Landlord shared both profits and risks of market with tenants. The development of the commercial agriculture should be interpreted in this volatile economical relationship.
