高校课堂管理:严格还是自由?——论考勤与教学质量的辩证关系

College Class Management: Strict or loose——Relationships between attendance and the quality of teaching

目前,世界范围内存在的高等院校数量庞大,高等教育的推广与普及更导致了大学生的数量与日俱增。随着高校的门槛越来越低,学生平均学习能力有所下降。与此同时,个性以及就业方向的多样化导致学生的学习目标变得不明确,进而降低了他们的学习自主性。如何在学生学习自主性不强的条件下,提升教学质量,成为当今高等教育不可避免的难题。因此从考勤的角度,探讨在学生平均学力下降及学习自主性不强的背景下,严格的课堂管理如何提升教学质量具有较大的的实践意义。

At present,an increasing number of colleges and universities coupled with the promotion and popularization of higher education has led to the increasing number of college students. The threshold for getting into college is low,and the average student learning ability has declined. Meanwhile,the diversification of personality and career choices lead to ambiguous learning goals,thereby studerts' learning motivation is reduced. However,the return expectation of higher education is increasing. This is an inevitable problem. From perspectives of attendance,we discuss if strict class management can improve the quality of teaching,in the context of lower learning ability and motivation.
