线状扁平苔藓1例

A Case of Linear Lichen Planus

患者男,20岁。右手背及腕部红色皮疹伴轻度瘙痒2个月。体检:右手背及腕部线状排列淡紫红色扁平丘疹。皮损组织病理示:角化过度,颗粒层楔形增厚,基底细胞液化变性,真皮浅层淋巴细胞呈带状密集浸润。诊断为线状扁平苔藓,予以0.05%卤米松乳膏和0.1%他克莫司软膏外用,2个月后皮损消退。

A 20-year-old male presented with some slightly pruritic red rashes on right arm for two months.On examination,some lightly purple papules were distributed on the dorsum of right hand and wrist in a linear pattern.A biopsy from his right wrist revealed epidermal hyperkeratosis,wedge thickening of granular layer,basal cell liquefaction and a band-like dense lymphocytic infiltrate in the upper dermis.These findings favors the diagnosis of linear lichen planus.The patient was treated with 0.05% halometasone cream and 0.1% tacrolimus ointment.The lesions resolved two months later.
