摘要
患者男,32岁。阴囊及腹股沟反复出现红斑、糜烂、渗出伴痒痛6年。查体可见双侧腹股沟部及阴囊皮肤红斑,部分皮损干燥、皲裂、结痂。皮损组织病理显示基底层上棘层松解性裂隙、水疱,棘细胞之间有少数残留的细胞间桥,棘细胞呈砖墙塌陷状。诊断:慢性家族性良性天疱疮。口服米诺环素100mg/d及雷公藤片60mg/d,局部外用抗生素及复方激素类软膏,疗效明显。
A 32-year-old male patient presented with painful and pruritic erythema erosion and infiltration repeatedly in the scrotum and groin for 6 years.Body examination showed skin erythema partal injured skin drying chap and scab in two sides of scrotum and gyoin.Histopathology skin tissue revelated resalved chap and blister on straum spinosum and few resialual intercell bridges among them.Like the shape of collapse.He was diagnosed familial benign chronic pemphigus.Giving minocycline 100mg and tablets of tripterygium wifordii 60mg orally a day,and using external antibiotics and compound hormones ointment for topical.This healing efficacy will be obvious.
