泛发型硬斑病1例

One Case of Disseminated Morphea

患者女,62岁。两侧乳房、腹部及腰背部出现淡红色水肿性及硬化性、萎缩性斑片8年。皮损组织病理检查见表皮覆疏松角层,棘层萎缩变薄,基底层色素增生;真皮浅层胶原纤维均质化,皮肤附属器减少。诊断:泛发性硬斑病。

A 60 years old female had presented with pale red edematous and sclerosing atrophic plaques on both sides of her breast,the back of her abdomen and waist for eight years.histopathologic examination revealed epidermis overlying loose corner layer thinning acantholysis atrophy,hyperplasia of the basal layer of pigment.Superficial dermal collagen fiber was homogenization,and it was decreased in skin appendages.she was diagnosed as disseminated morphea.
