摘要
对我院小儿内科200例食物过敏患儿的发病原因进行分析。方法:将我院小儿内科收治的200例食物过敏患儿的5种发病原因进行比较分析。结果:遗传因素是导致食物过敏的第一位病因(约占36%),宫内致敏因素是导致食物过敏的第二位病因(约占28%),口腔免疫耐受不能形成或受到破坏是导致食物过敏的第三位病因(约占18%),肠黏膜通透性增加是导致食物过敏的第四位病因(约占12%),肠道共生菌群失调导致过敏的第五位病因(约占6%)。结论:遗传因素、宫内致敏因素是导致儿童食物过敏的首要因素,要特别加以重视,并进行有针对性的早期预防和干预。

Results:the genetic factors that lead to food allergy first etiology(about 36%),the Miyamauchi Min factor is the leading cause of food allergy second etiology(about 28%),oral tolerance cannot form or damage is the leading cause of food allergy in third etiology(about 18%),increased intestinal permeability is the leading cause of food allergy fourth etiology(about 12%),intestinal dysbacteriosis accounted for fifth(about 6%).Conclusion:the genetic factors,Miyamauchi Min factor is the leading cause of food allergy in children of primary factors,pay special attention,and targeted prevention and early intervention.
