福辛普利治疗高血压的临床效果

目的:探讨福辛普利治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:我所自2011年11月至2012年11月收治高血压患者54例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组27例。治疗组患者给予福辛普利治疗,对照组患者给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察两组患者的降压效果,统计两组患者的实际临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者的临床治疗总有效率差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),患者谷峰比差异具有统计学意义。结论:福辛普利治疗高血压的临床效果满意,其谷峰比优于硝苯地平缓释片治疗。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Phu Simpson Leigh in treatment of hypertension.
