中心静脉透析导管相关感染及护理体会

目的:分析中心静脉透析导管相关感染因素以及护理效果。方法:将采用中心静脉置管方式进行血液透析的65例患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组在血液透析的同时进行防感染护理,对照组单纯进行血液透析,比较两组的透析总有效率和感染发生率,以及整体效果满意度。结果:观察组透析总有效率为88.6%,感染率为5.7%;对照组透析总有效率为70.0%,感染率为16.7%;另外,观察组患者的总满意率为91.4%,对照组患者的总满意率为80.0%。观察组整体效果明显更佳,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在中心静脉置管透析中,通过实施有效的护理措施,加强导管相关感染的预防,利于提高透析总有效率,降低感染率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To analyze the effect of nursing for infection of central venous dialysis catheter. Methods: Choosed 65 patients treated central venous dialysis catheter for dialysis with to divide into study group and controlled group. Study group were treated with nursing for infection, and controlled group were treated with dialysis only. Compared the total effective rate and infection rate and patients' satisfation. Results: The total effective rate of study group was 88/6%, and 70.0% in controlled group, and infection rate in study group was 5.7%, and 16.7% in controlled group. And patients' satifaction in study group was 91.4%, and 80.0%in controlled group. Conclusion: Nursing for dialysis could decrease the infection and increase effect to extend in clinic.
