摘要
目的:探讨微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法:选取2008年7月~2012年7月我院收治的高血压脑出血患者60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者采用传统开颅手术治疗;观察组患者实施微创颅内血肿清除术,比较两组的手术效果。结果:经过手术治疗,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P【0.05);观察组手术时间和术中出血量均显著少于对照组(P【0.05)。结论:微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血疗效显著,可明显缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,值得在临床上应用和推广。
objective: to study the curative effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal technique in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: the sixty patients were divided into two groups,compare operation effect. Results: the total effective rate observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05); The observation group operation time and operation bleeding amount of less than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal technique in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage curative effect is distinct, worthy of promotion.
