手术室护士应用抗生素对围手术期患者进行预防性治疗的现状分析

Survey on the Implementation of Prophylactic Antibiotics by Operating Room Nurse

目的:调查我院手术室护士实施《预防用抗生素执行流程》的情况,探讨分析手术室护理人员应用抗生素对围手术期患者进行预防性治疗的现状。方法:选取2012年1月～2012年6月间我院手术室收治的接受手术治疗的患者400例作为研究对象,将手术室护士应用抗生素对其进行预防性治疗的地点、时间及治疗过程中有无临床医师在场等情况进行详细的调查记录,并将调查记录的结果及所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果:调查结果显示,在手术室走廊内接受预防性抗生素治疗的患者有300例,占患者总数的75%。在麻醉后接受预防性抗生素治疗的患者有40例,占患者总数的10%。在没有临床医师在场的情况下接受预防性抗生素治疗的患者有10例,占患者总数的2.5%。结论:我院手术室护理人员在使用抗生素对围手术期患者进行预防性治疗的过程中存在诸多不合理、不规范的现象,医院管理层应对此进行全面、系统的规范和管理。

Objective To analysis the current situation of the implementation of prophylactic antibiotics by operating room nurse. Methods retrospectively surveyed and analyzed 400 pre-operative antibiotic cases in our hospital from January to June 2012. Results 300 cases (75%) prophylactic antibiotic were used in operation room aisle, 40 cases(10%) were used after anesthesia and 10 case(2.5%) were used in the absent of clinciants. Conclusion Unreasonable use of prophylactic antibiotics needs further standardized management.
