ICU in critically ill patients with invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring and nursing experience

目的:总结对ICU危重病人有创动脉血压监测的护理体会。方法:对2009年3月至2011年6月期间我院ICU病房65例患者行有创血压监测管道的保护,准确取值,预防并发症。结果:65例病例中无一例出现有创动脉测压的并发症及胸腔大出血。结论:有创血压监测不但提高了危重病病人的救治水平和抢救成功率,还取得了良好的社会及经济效益,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To summarize the ICU in critically ill patients with invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring of nursing experience. Methods: 2009 March to 2011 June in our hospital wards during ICU was performed in 65 patients with invasive blood pressure monitoring for pipeline protection, accurate value, prevention of complications. Results: in 65 cases there was no invasive arterial pressure complications and pleural hemorrhage. Conclusion: invasive blood pressure monitoring in critically ill patients not only improves the level of treatment and the success rate of rescue, also achieved good social and economic benefits, it is worthy of clinical application.
