Identification of Lapis Micae Aureus in mengshi guntan wan by X-ray Diffraction

目的:探讨x射线衍射法(简称XRD法)对礞石滚痰丸中金礞石进行鉴别的方法。方法:采用XRD法测定经灰化处理后的样品,分析物相组成情况,进而寻找图谱中金礞石的XRD特征峰。结果:金礞石在d值为9.982处的特征峰较为明显,且不与其他组分产生干扰,可作为金礞石定性的依据。结论:该方法简单可靠,专属性高,适用于复杂的中成药体系。

Objective: Establish a method to identify the Lapis Micae Aureus in the Mengshi guntan Wan by X-ray diffraction method. Method:Using the method of XRD to determinate the samples after the ashing process, then analysis of phase composition of samples, after that find the characteristic peaks of XRD of Lapis Micae Aureus in atlas. Result: At the value of d is 9.982,the characteristic peaks are relatively obvious, and not to produce interference with other components, can be used as qualitative basis of Lapis micae aureus. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, high specificity, applicable to complex proprietary system.
