摘要
目的:探讨经支气管镜激光介入治疗小儿气道病变的护理措施。方法:回顾分析并总结10例在电子支气管镜下激光治疗的小儿气道病变患儿的围术期护理方法。结果:10例激光治疗患儿,术后均未出现任何并发症及护理不当表现。结论:全面细致的护理,注重气管镜的围术期护理,可以促进患儿尽快康复。
Objective: The purpose of the study was to discuss the nursing measures for pediatrics treated with laser interventional therapy. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data about 10 cases of pediatric airway lesions treated with laser under electronic bronchoscope. Results: None complications and improper nursing measures were noticed in 10 children after laser treatment. Conclusions: The recovery of the pediatric patients could be enhanced by adopting comprehensive and detailed nursing measures, with emphasis on pre- and intra-operative nursing.
