对56例老年肺部真菌感染病例的临床分析

目的:总结老年肺部真菌感染的临床特点,对这类患者进行治疗的效果及其病情转归的情况。方法:选取2010年1月至2011年12月间我院内科收治的老年肺部真菌感染患者56例作为研究对象,对其进行抗真菌治疗,并将治疗的效果及所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果:对这56例老年肺部真菌感染患者进行抗真菌治疗的有效率达75%。结论:对于住院时间长、免疫功能受损及长期使用抗菌药物的老年患者,医护人员应警惕其发生感染,同时避免漏诊误诊,以降低其死亡率。

Objective To summarize the clinical features of pulmonary fungal infections, treatment outcome. Methods A retrospective analysis of 56 cases of pulmonary fungal infection in elderly patients. Results of antifungal therapy efficiency of 72.2%. Conclusion For the long hospital stay, impaired immune function and long-term use of antibiotics need to guard against infection, to avoid misdiagnosis, in order to reduce mortality.
