摘要
目的:在不同条件下对当归药材中阿魏酸的含量进行测定,旨在探寻最佳的测定条件。方法:应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)在不同比例的流动相下观察目标峰的分离度和峰型,选择最佳的流动相比例。结果:在流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(26:74)、流速1mL·min-1、检测波长316nm、柱温25℃时,峰型良好,分离完全。结论:应用HPLC法测定当归药材中阿魏酸含量的方法简便易行,准确可靠,可以用于当归药材的质量控制。
Objective: Study the determination of Ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis,in order to control the quality of Angelica sinensis.Method: We chose different conditions of acetonitrile-0.1% Phosphorous Acid by HPLC. Results: The best condition is acetonitrile-0.1% Phosphorous Acid(26:74);1mL·min-1;wavelength 316nm;temprature 25℃ Conclusion: The established method was accuracy, sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Angelica sinensis
