对参梅养胃颗粒清膏粉质量标准的研究

目的:建立参梅养胃颗粒清膏粉的质量标准。方法:测定原料的水分、灰分,采用薄层色谱法对方中的甘草、白芍作定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量。结果:甘草、白芍薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰,芍药苷在0~50.8?g/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=1.2%。结论:该方法结果准确、重现性好,可用于该原料的质量控制。

Objective: To establish the quality standard of Shenmeiyangwei Granules extract powder. Methods :Determination of moisture content of raw materials、ash,A TLC method was used to identify Licorice、Root of herbaceous peony,The content of Paeoniflorin in this medicine was determined by HPLC. Results :The TLC spots of Licorice、Root were clear. The calibration curve was linear(r =0.9995) in the range of 0 ~50.8?g/ml for Paeoniflorin. The average recovery was 98.4%,RSD =1.2%. Conclusion:The method is accurate with the good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Shenmeiyangwei Granules extract powder.
