浅谈人工全髋关节置换术患者的围手术期护理

目的:探讨人工全髋关节置换术的护理情况,以提高护理质量,减少手术并发症。方法:对106例髋部手术患者实施全面细致的护理。术前护理包括心理护理、术前常规准备等;术后护理包括一般护理、功能锻炼、预防并发症等。结果:本组106例患者,全部康复出院。术中未发生与护理配合相关的并发症,术后髋关节疼痛症状减轻,Harris评分明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对人工全髋关节置换术患者做好围手术期护理,是手术成功的关键。

Objective: To investigate the total hip arthroplasty care, so as to improve the quality of care and reduce surgical complications. Methods: 106 cases of hip surgery received comprehensive and meticulous nursing. Preoperative care included psychological care, routine preoperative preparation. Postoperative care included general care, functional training, prevention of complications. Results: All 106 patients recovered and were discharged. No complications associated with the care appeared, postoperative hip pain symptoms relieved, Harris score was significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01). Conclusion: For total hip arthroplasty patients, good perioperative care is the key to successful surgery.
