对儿科重症监护病房的患儿进行综合性护理的效果观察

目的:探讨对儿科重症监护病房患儿进行综合性护理的临床效果。方法:对2010年1月~2012年1月期间在我院儿科重症监护病房住院治疗的40例患儿的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们对这40例患儿进行了综合性护理。结果:经过我们悉心的护理,这40例患儿中有39例顺利康复出院。有1例患儿合并了肺部感染,后经抗感染治疗后痊愈。结论:对儿科重症监护病房患儿进行综合性护理可有效地提高其治疗的效果,降低其出现严重并发症和死亡的几率。此护理方法值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing care on children in the pediatric intensive care unit. Methods: the clinical data of 2010 January to 2012 January in our hospital pediatric intensive care wards in 40 cases were retrospectively studied. We conducted a comprehensive nursing care on 40 cases. Results: after our careful nursing, 40 cases in 39 patients were successfully discharged. There are cases of children with pulmonary infection, after cured by anti infection treatment. Conclusion: the comprehensive nursing to patients in pediatric intensive care unit can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the serious complications and death rate. This treatment method is worth promoting in clinical use.
