摘要
泛素羧基末端水解酶L1(ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolases L1,UCH-L1)是泛素羧基末端水解酶家族一员。由于泛素末端水解酶L1的特异蛋白酶活性,泛素羧基末端水解酶L1酶具有多种功能,不仅具有去泛素化作用,而且具有泛素连接酶活性,与此同时还具有稳定细胞内单体的作用。泛素C末端水解酶L1的突变体也与阿尔茨海默病、帕金森症等神经元退化疾病具有密切的联系。越来越多的研究发现,泛素C末端水解酶L1在多种肿瘤组织中表达。可知,组织的癌症发生与泛素末端水解酶紧密相关。
Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase L1 (the ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolases the L1, UCH-L1) is one of ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase family.Because the end of UCH-L1 has multiple functions, not only has the role of deubiquitination and ubiquitin ligase activity, but also has a stablize intracellular monomer.Mutants of UCH-L1 have a close link with AD, PD and other neuronal degeneration diseases. A growing number of studies have found that the UCH-L1 express in many tumor tissue,which shows that the organization of cancer is closely related to UCH-L1.
