操作技能量化学习表在实习助产士带教中的运用

摘要 目的:探讨具有可行性、效果良好的实习助产士带教方法,在实习时间内完成产科实习计划。方法:将实习助产士随机分为实验组及对照组,实验组根据实习目标要求,设立表格式实习助产士操作技能量化学习表进行带教,对照组采用传统方法带教。结果:运用实习助产士操作技能量化培训表带教实习助产士,老师带教及同学学习目标明确,学习内容有重点,二者主动参与意识增强,效果明显优于传统实习同学带教,保证了实习计划的完成、此方法值得推广。
