急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗后的出血并发症护理

Bleeding complications nursing after thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardium infarction

目的:分析急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗后的出血并发症护理方式和效果。方法:随机选取100例采用溶栓治疗的心肌梗死患者,分为观察组与对照组,对照组单纯进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加强出血并发症护理,对比两组护理后出血发生情况以及患者的满意度。结果:观察组出血总发生率为6.0%;对照组为22.0%;观察组患者总满意率为94.0%,对照组为78.0%;观察组整体护理效果更显著(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗后加强出血并发症的护理,临床显示效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objetive:Analyze the methods and effects of bleeding complications nursing after thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardium infarction.Methods:Choosed 100 patients treated with thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardium infarction to divide into study group and controlled group.Controlled group were treated with common nursing,study group were added strengthening bleeding complications nursing.Compared the bleeding situation and patients' satisfation of these two groups.Results:The incidence of bleeding in study group was 6.0%,and 22.0% in controlled group.And degrees of satisfaction in study group was 94.0%,78.0% in controlled group.The effect of study group was better than controlled group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Strenghthening the nursing for thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardium infarction has significant effect in clinic to extend in clinical.
