摘要
目的:探讨分析我科开展看板制度化特色病房服务在优质护理中的应用效果。方法:收集2010年6月~2012年6月,我科开展优质护理以来的护理质量考核评分、护理不良事件发生率、病员满意度、优质护理医护满意度,、Stamps护士工作满意度量表。比较分析2011年6月开展看板制度化特色病房前后1年的各项指标。结果:优质护理满意度无差异性,不良事件发生率降低,护理质量、病员满意度、护士满意度有差异性。结论:看板制度化特色在我科开展优质护理中应用有效,提高了患者满意度,促进了护理事业的发展。
Objective:To analysis our department ward characteristics methods of Kanban system in high quality nursing application effect.Methods:from June 2010 to June 2012,our department nursing quality nursing care since the nursing quality assessment score,the incidence of adverse events,patient satisfaction,quality of nursing care satisfaction,Stamps nurse job satisfaction scale.A comparative analysis was carried out in June 2011 Kanban system ward characteristics before and after 1 years of each index.Results:the quality of nursing satisfaction showed no difference,the incidence of adverse events is reduced,quality of care,patient satisfaction,nurse satisfaction difference.Conclusion:Kanban system characteristics in our department to carry out high-quality nursing application effectively,enhanced the patient degree of satisfaction,promote the development of nursing work.
