阴道分泌物1462例常规及BV检测结果分析

Analysis of 1462 cases of common detection and detection of bacterial vaginosis results of vaginal secretion

目的:分析阴道分泌物常规及BV检测结果。方法:选取2011年10月—2012年2月1462例阴道分泌物受检女性,分别进行常规及BV检测,对两种检测方式的检测结果分别作出分析,并以常规检测方式为参照标准,对BV检测方式的敏感度和特异性等进行分析。结果:常规检测检出细菌性阴道病患者637例,占总受检者的43.6%;BV检测检出628例,占总受检者的42.9%。以常规检测结果为参照标准,BV检测的敏感度为96.7%,阳性预测值为98.1%;特异性为98.5%,阴性预测值为97.5%。结论:常规以及BV检测在阴道分泌物检测中,均具有较高的参照价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the resutls of common detection and detection of bacterial vaginosis(BV) results of vaginal secretion.Methods:Choosed 1462 clinical data of detection results of vaginal secretionfrom Oct.2011 to Feb.2012,Compared the sensitiveness and specificity of BV detection to common detection.Results:There were 637 cases(43.6%) detected by common detection,and 628 cases(42.9%) detected by BV detection.The sensitiveness was 96.7%,and specificity was 98.5% of BV detection.Conclusion:We could choose to use common and BV detection in clinic.
