摘要
目的:比较CT、B超检查方法对胆囊癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析40例经手术及病理证实的胆囊癌CT、B超和临床资料,对其进行归纳总结。结果:40例胆囊癌中CT诊断胆囊癌28例(占70.0%),B超18例(占45.0%),两者差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:CT对胆囊癌的诊断优于B超,并可对肿瘤对周围结构侵犯评估。
Objective To compare the value of CT and B-ultrasound in diagnosing carcinoma of gallbladder.Methods The CT,B-ultrasound and clinical data of 40 patients with carcinoma of gallbladder diagnosed by operation and pathology were analyzed with retrospective way.Results 28 of 40(70.0%) cases were diagnosed carcinoma of gallbladderby CT.18 of 40(45.0%) cases were diagnosed carcinoma of gallbladder by B-ultrasound.There was statistical significance bewteen CT and B-ultrasound(p<0.05).Conclusion CT is superior to B-ultrasound in diagnosing carcinoma of gallbladder,and can assess the surrounding structure of tumor.
