糖尿病足溃疡44例护理体会

The experience of nursing for diabetic foot ulcer

目的:研究分析糖尿病足溃疡的临床护理方法和护理效果。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月-2012年6月期间,我院收治的44例糖尿病足溃疡患者的临床资料,按照患者治疗期间所接受的临床护理方式不同,将44例患者随机分为两组,对照组22例,采用常规护理方式护理,观察组22例,在常规护理的基础上加强综合护理干预。比较两组患者治疗后的疗效,并评估两组患者的护理满意度。结果:治疗后观察组患者的治疗有效率为95.5%,对照组为81.8%,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05),且观察组患者的护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病足溃疡患者加强全面综合护理能够有效的提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study methods and effects of nursing for diabetic foot ulcer.Methods:Choosed 44 patients of diabetic foot ulcer from Jan.2009 to Jun.2012 to divide into study group and controlled group with 22 cases in each other.Controlled group were treated with common nursing,and study group were added nursing intervention.Compared the effect of these two groups.Results:The effect rate in study group was 95.5%,and 81.8% in controlled group.And satisfaction in study group was better than controlled group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention for diabetic foot ulcer could improve effets and life quality to extend in clinic.
