彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉栓塞的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound on deep venous thrombosis

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉栓塞的诊断价值。方法:随机选取并回顾性分析我院2010-01至2011-01初步诊断怀疑下肢深静脉血栓患者39例,配合临床症状、病史、治疗效果及超声结果进行确诊。结果:在此39例患者中,被确诊为下肢静脉血栓的患者有38例。其中彩色多普勒超声诊断结果为35例,准确率为92.31%。结论:彩色多普勒超声无创、安全,实时显示,准确性好,临床应用价值较高,目前已成为下肢深静脉血栓诊断最实用、最有效的诊断方法。

Objective: To discuss the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound on deep venous thrombosis. Methods: Choosed 39 patients suffered deep venous thrombosis from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2011. Compared veracity of results of color doppler ultrasound with confirmed diagnosis. Results: There were 38 patients diagnosised as deep venous thrombosis, and 35 cases diagnosised by color doppler ultrasound. There was no difference between these two groups (P>0.05). The accuracy rate of color doppler ultrasound was 92.31%. Conclusion: It is noninvasive, safe, timely and accuracy to choose color doppler ultrasound to diagnosis on deep venous thrombosis to extend in clinic.
