64排螺旋CT灌注成像在肝硬化小结诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT灌注成像在肝硬化小结诊断中的应用价值。方法:为我院2007年8月~2011年3月收治的30例经病理检查证实存在肝硬化小结(直径<3cm)的患者进行64排螺旋CT灌注成像检查。在检查的过程中,使用飞利浦64排螺旋CT机为患者扫描并利用随机功能软件分析所成图像。该图像经软件处理后,可获得时间-密度曲线,之后再利用曲线所提供的数据计算灌注指标。结果:肝硬化小结病灶中心(A点)的HAP、HPI高于病灶边缘(B点)的HAP、HPI,且两者间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝硬化小结病灶中心的PVP、HBF、HBV低于病灶边缘的PVP、HBF、HBV,且两者间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MTT有延长现象。肝硬化小结病灶中心和正常肝组织的HAP、HPI、PVP、HBV间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。病灶边缘的HBF高于正常肝组织(C点)的HBF,MTT有缩短现象,但病灶边缘的HAP、HPI、PVP、HBV与正常肝组织的HAP、HPI、PVP、HBV不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:64排螺旋CT灌注有助于肝硬化的早期诊断。
