康妇炎胶囊联合左氧氟沙星甲硝唑治疗盆腔炎及人工流产术后的临床疗效观察

目的:观察康妇炎胶囊联合左氧氟沙星,甲硝唑治疗盆腔炎及人工流产术后预防治疗的临床疗效。方法:将226例盆腔炎患者随机分成2组,各113例。一组给予康妇炎联合甲硝唑左氧氟沙星,另一组用甲硝唑左氧氟沙星,各治疗3周。人工流产术后预防治疗330例分成2组,一组给予康妇炎联合甲硝唑左氧氟沙星治疗,另一组用甲硝唑左氧氟沙星组治疗。2组的对比。结果:联合用药对盆腔炎组有效率为96.47%,差异均有显著性意义。(P<0.01)。人工流产术后预防治疗,联合用药组无论是月经复潮时间,月经量,子宫内膜厚度,手术后腹痛症状及术后盆腔炎复发均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]:康妇炎胶囊联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎及人工流产术后恢复疗效显著。
