临床生化干化学分析和湿化学分析的初步比较

Comparision of dry-chemical analysis with wet chemical analysis in clinical biochemistry

目的:比较并分析临床生化干化学分析和湿化学分析两种方法的效果。方法:随机采集血清标本100例,分别使用强生VITROS350和日立7180全自动生化分析仪对下述13个分析项目进行测定:TB、ALT、DB、TP、ALB、BU、CK、CREA、UA、GLU、AST、ALP、GGT。结果:两种全自动检测分析仪对九个项目的检测结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两者TP、GGT、TB、DB四个项目的检测结果差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有项目r值均高于0.931。结论:临床生化干化学分析和湿化学分析两种方法在部分生化检测项目的检测结果上存在差异。

Objective: To analyze and compare the results of dry-chemical analysis with wet chemical analysis in clinical biochemistry. Methods: Choosed 100 serum specimens to uesJNJ VITROS350 and Hitachi 7180 to analzye 13 projects:TB, ALT, DB, TP, ALB, BU, CK, CREA, UA, GLU, AST, ALP, GGT. Results: The results of ALT, ALB, BU, CK, CREA, UA, GLU, AST, ALP from these two analyzer had significant difference (P<0.05). And the results of TP, GCT, TB, DB had no difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Some detecting item of dry-chemical analysis with wet chemical analysis in clinical biochemistry have different.
