过敏性紫癜患者120例临床与治疗分析

Clinical and therapeutic analysis on 120 cases of patients with Anaphylactoid Purpura

目的:探讨过敏性紫癜的临床特征,治疗效果及转归。方法:回顾性分析120例过敏性紫癜患者的临床资料。结果:(1)5-12岁为发病年龄高峰,占76.67%,冬春季节发病者较多,占70.8%;(2)主要诱因:感染45例,占37.5%,食物过敏14例,占11.67%;(3)120例均有皮肤紫癜,合并消化道症状37例,占30.83%,肾脏损害52例,占43.33%,关节症状47例,占39.17%。(4)治疗上加用消旋山莨菪碱组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:HSP发病诱因以感染占首位,多好发于5岁以上儿童,冬春季发病多见,肾脏损害发生率较高。加用消旋山莨菪碱能明显提高疗效,安全且副作用少,价格便宜,值得临床推广。

@@@@Objective To study the clinical the clinical features,therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of patients with anaphylactoid purpura(HSP).Methods Clinical data of 120 cases with HSP were retrospectively analyzed.Results (1)The peak of age of onset accounting for 76.67%,and The morbidity of HSP is high in thr winter and spring seasons.(2)The main preciPitating factor :45 cases with infection account for 37.5%,and 14 cases with food allergy account for 11.67%.(3)All the 120 cases were anaphylactoid purpur.37 cases with gastrointestinal symptoms account for 30.83%, 52 cases with renal damage account for 43.33%,and 47 cases with joint symptoms account for 39.17%.(4)The effective rate of regular treatment in combination with racanisodamine was more effective than that in control group (p<0.05).Conclusion The primary preciPitating factor is infection. HSP most occur in chi1dren of more 5 years in winter and spring,and the incidence of renal damage is high.The combination with racanisodamine for the patients with anaphylactoid purpura can significantly improve the efficacy.Moreover it is convenient and cheap with few side effects.Therefore it should be worthy of promotion.in clinics.
