摘要
晚期癌症病人病程长,长期应用化疗药物和高浓度的营养药物对血管刺激性强,破坏性大,因此,行静脉穿刺时应特别注意保护其静脉,延长其使用寿命。为减少病人痛苦,应尽可能提高一次性静脉穿刺成功率。
