应用三伏温针治疗风湿性膝关节炎的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨分析应用三伏温针治疗风湿性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的风湿性膝关节炎患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组各30例。试验组采用三伏温针进行治疗;对照组采用常规的针刺法进行治疗。对两组患者治疗的效果进行比较和分析。结果:试验组治愈患者为24例,占80.0%;好转患者有5例,占16.7%;无效患者有1例,占3.3%,治疗总有效率为96.7%。对照组治愈患者为15例,占50.0%;好转的患者有5例,占16.7%;无效患者有10例,占33.3%,治疗总有效率为66.7%。差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用三伏温针对风湿性膝关节炎患者进行治疗,具有非常好的治疗效果,无副作用,安全,值得在临床上进行推广和使用。

Objective:to treat rheumatic arthritis of the knee were treated by the acupuncture,analysis and discussion of the treatment effect.Method:60 cases,rheumatic arthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into two groups,analysis of experimental and control group,each of 30 cases.The test group were treated by the acupuncture;control group conventional treatment by acupuncture.The two groups of patients with treatment effect on comparison and analysis.Results:24 cases were cured,80% improved;there were 5 cases, accounting for 16.7%;invalid patients have 1 cases,accounted for 3.3%,the total effective rate was 96.7%.Control group:15 cases cured patients,accounted for 50%;the patients improved in 5 cases,accounting for 16.7%;invalid patients have 10 cases,accounted for 33.3%,the total effective rate was 66.7%. Significant differences,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of knee joint were in the needle,has a very good therapeutic effect,safety and no side effects,is worthy of promotion,and in clinical use.
