对行剖宫产的产妇实施优质护理的效果观察

The high quality nursing service mode in the observation of cesarean section maternal care in the application effect

目的:探讨对行剖宫产的产妇实施优质护理的临床效果。方法:对2010年1月～2012年12月期间在我院进行剖宫产的281例产妇的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这281例产妇随机分为常规组和优质组,其中常规组有140例产妇,优质组有141例产妇。我们对常规组产妇进行常规护理,对优质组产妇在进行常规护理(方法与常规组产妇相同)的基础上,进行优质护理。结果:在接受护理前,两组产妇抑郁和焦虑的评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在接受护理后,两组产妇抑郁和焦虑的评分均有所下降,其中优质组产妇抑郁和焦虑的评分分别为35.1±3.0分和34.9±3.8分,常规组产妇抑郁和焦虑的评分分别为40.2±3.1分和39.4±4.0分。优质组产妇抑郁和焦虑评分的下降幅度明显大于常规组产妇,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。同时,优质组产妇的术中出血量和手术的时间均明显少于常规组产妇,其手术后的疼痛程度明显低于常规组产妇,其对护理服务的满意率明显高于常规组产妇,组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对行剖宫产的产妇实施优质护理可有效地降低其抑郁和焦虑的程度,减少其手术中的出血量,缩短其手术的时间,降低其手术后的疼痛程度,提高其对护理服务的满意度。此护理方法值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective:Discussion on quality of nursing care applied to improve status of nursing quality after cesarean section. Methods:In 2011 June, 140 cases of maternal and early only routine nursing as in routine group, 141 cases of maternal and later given holistic nursing quality group, compared two groups of care results.Results: Two groups of maternal care in depression and anxiety scores significantly difference (P<0.05);the amount of bleeding, operation time, pain intensity difference between the two groups were significant (P<0.05);routine nursing group satisfaction for 89.6%was significantly lower than the high quality group 96.5%satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusions: High quality nursing is a new nursing mode of patients with mental nursing, diet and other means of combining, for cesarean section clinical implementation of this method can greatly improve the quality of nursing.
