浅谈老年急性化脓性胆囊炎的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of elderly patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis

目的:重点研究和探讨合理的外科手术治疗对老年急性化脓性胆囊炎患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:利用回顾性分析的方法研究和比较对我院于2010年1月-2012年12月收治的38例老年急性化脓性胆囊炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性对照分析。将运用对比分析的方法,比较采用不同外科治疗老年急性化脓性胆囊炎患者在治疗前和治疗后的情况。结果:外科手术方法治疗年急性化脓性胆囊炎患者的总体治愈率为94.7%,感染率为18.4。结论:外科手术治疗老年急性化脓性胆囊炎患者具有很好的临床疗效,并且具有良好的安全性,目前已经成为治疗老年急性化脓性胆囊炎患者的主要方法,对我国治疗老年急性化脓性胆囊炎患者的发展具有重要价值。

Objective: clinical curative effect and safety of elderly patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis were studied and discussed the reasonable treatment of surgical operation. Methods: using retrospective study method of analysis and comparison of our hospital in 2010 January -2012 year in December 38 cases of elderly patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis patients were retrospectively analysed. Applying the method of comparative analysis, comparison of different surgical treatment of elderly patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis patients before and after treatment. Results: the overall surgical operation method in the treatment of acute suppurative cholecystitis patients, the cure rate was 94.7%, the infection rate was 18.4. Conclusion: the surgical operation has good clinical efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis patients, and has good security, the main method for the treatment of elderly patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis has become, has important value for the development of treatment of elderly patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis patients in china.
