用经皮椎体成形术治疗创伤性椎体压缩骨折的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对应用经皮椎体成形术对患有创伤性椎体压缩骨折的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法抽取84例患有创伤性椎体压缩骨折的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组42例。采用传统外科手术方式对对照组患者实施治疗;采用经皮椎体成形术对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者创伤性椎体压缩骨折治疗效果明显优于对照组;手术操作时间、术后下床活动时间、术后住院治疗时间明显短于对照组;术后疼痛程度明显轻于对照组;不良反应率明显低于对照组。结论应用经皮椎体成形术对患有创伤性椎体压缩骨折的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
