在呼吸科病房应用“三H”式护理服务的体会

目的探讨对于呼吸内科患者更好的护理方法。方法对临床96例患者随机分为"三H"式护理组和传统模式护理组,"三H"式组采用"三H"式护理模式进行住院期间、出院后及临床康复护理指导。结果出院后随访3～12个月,平均9个月。结果对两组患者情绪乐观例数、康复情况、配合满意例数以及患者和家属满意例数进行Y2检验,"三H"模式护理组明显优于传统模式护理组,P均<0.05。Harris评分:优39例,良6例,可3例,差0例。优良率:93.8%。结论 "三H"式护理体现了以人为本,尊重患者的护理理念,有利于疾病的康复,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore for respiratory department of internal medicine patients better nursing method.Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into'three H'nursing group and the traditional model of care group,'three H'type group with'three H'nursing mode during hospitalization,discharge and clinical rehabilitation nursing.Outcome after discharge from hospital were followed up for 3～12 months,average 9 months.Result Two groups of patients with positive emotions,number of cases,with satisfactory rehabilitation cases and patients and families satisfied with the number of cases for Y2 testing,'three H' mode of nursing group was better than the traditional model of nursing group,all P <0.05.Harris score:excellent in 39 cases,good in 6 cases,in 3 cases,and poor in 0 cases.The excellent and good rate:93.8%.Conclusion'three H' type nursing embodies people-oriented,respect for patient care concept,is conducive to the rehabilitation of the disease,worthy of clinical application.
