中药保健品中非法添加激素类西药成分的实验检测方法

Test Determination of Hormone Analogues in Traditional Chinese Medicine Way

目的:建立一种测定中药保健品中非法添加激素类西药成分的检测方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法检测中药保健品中非法添加的激素类西药成分。色语柱为C18柱,以乙腈一水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为240 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为室温,进样量10μL。结果:在整个线性范围之内,十种激素所包括的成分浓度与其峰面积形成较好的线性关系,相关系数均为0.9999,最小检出量范围为20-32 ng/mL。结论:本法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可快速筛查出纯中药制剂或食用保健品中的激素类西药成分。

Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ten constituents of hormone analogues in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The chromatographic column of C18 was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 240 run.Results The correlation coefficient was 0.999'9.The minimal detection amount ranged 20-32 ng/mL.Conclusion:This method is simple,quick and the result of determination is accurate.This method is suitable for the determination of the ten constituents of hormone anologues in traditional Chinese medicine.
