益阳市社区居民患高血压的相关危险因素分析

Analysis on Relevant Risk Factors of Hypertension among Residents of Urban Community in Yiyang City

目的:了解益阳市社区居民患高血压的相关危险因素,尤其是地方性的危险因素。方法:采用横断面随机抽样法对1200名益阳市35～75岁的社区居民进行问卷调查和相关体格检查。结果:冠心病史、糖尿病史、高血压家族史、喜喝咸擂茶、A型性格、吸烟、饮酒等是益阳市居民患高血压病的危险因素。喜喝黑茶是益阳市居民患高血压的趋利因素,与高血压的发病呈负相关关系。结论:益阳市社区居民患高血压的相关危险因素具有较强的地方性,因此在益阳市的高血压防控工作中应重视对地方性危险因素进行干预。

Objective To find out risk factors of hypertension among residents of urban community in Yiyang, specially thelocal risk factors, in order to guide intervention. Methods A total of 1200 urban residents aged between 35 to 75 years old were included in this cross-sectional epidemiological study with random sampling. All participants were questionnaire surveyed and physical examined. Results The history of coronary heart disease, diabetes, family history of hypertension, diet predilection for salted Lei-tea, characters (A), smoking, potation were the main risk factors, and diet predilection for black-tea was a negative correlation with the incidence of hypertension. Conclusion The relevant risk factors of hypertension among residents of urban community in Yiyang have local characteristics. Therefore, the hypertension control and prevention should pay attention to the intervention of local risk factors.
