本文系统地分析了对16例脊柱侧弯患者实施围手术期护理的相关措施,包括术前的心理护理、呼吸功能训练、唤醒试验训练、床上大小便训练、生命体征监测、保持呼吸道通畅、预防肺部感染、严密观察脊髓神经功能变化、体位护理、胃肠道护理、切口和引流管护理、疼痛护理、健康教育及出院指导等。研究结果显示,对施行手术治疗的脊柱侧弯患者进行围手术期综合护理可有效预防各种术后并发症的发生。

This paper summarizes the systematic implementation of scoliosis patients before and after surgery care measures, from preoperative psychological care, respiratory function training, pilot training and wake up in bed to the toilet after close monitoring of vital signs, maintain airway patency, prevention of lung infections, close observation of changes in spinalcord function, correct posture care, gastrointestinal care, incision and drainage tube care, pain care, health educationand discharge instructions so as to avoid a variety of postoperative complications.
