摘要
目的 :探讨唾液抗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)IgG测定对Hp感染的诊断价值。方法 :用ELISA法测定67例Hp阳性及20例Hp阴性患者的唾液内抗HpIgG ,并与血清抗体测定结果比较。结果 :唾液抗HpIgG对Hp感染的敏感性为91 1% ,特异性为85 0% ,准确性为89 7 % ,与血清测定结果接近(分别为92 6 % ,90 0%和91 9 %)。结论 :唾液抗Hp抗体测定对Hp感染的诊断有较好的应用价值。
Objective:To explore the value of detecting IgG antibody in s aliva in diagnosis of Helicobacter Pylori(Hp)infection.Methods:Salivary and serum IgG antibody against Hp was tested by ELISA in67patients with Hp infection and20patients without Hp infection.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of salivary Hp IgG were91.1%,85%and89.7%which closely correlated with serum IgG(the corresponding serum Hp IgG were92.6%,90%and91.9%).Conclusion:This study shows that salivary Hp IgG is an accurate indicator of Hp infection.
