我国农机购置补贴政策的效率分析

The Efficiency Analysis of China's Agricultural Machinery Purchase Subsidy Policy

我国实施农机购置补贴政策后,农机总动力得到大幅度提升。从多元回归分析结果来看农机购置补贴政策的实施对大型拖拉机的拥有量影响较大,但是农机购置补贴政策的效率较低,发现我国农机购置补贴政策实施过程中存在农机购置补贴售后服务不到位、农机购置补贴没有因地制宜和覆盖面窄等问题,建议完善农机购置补贴的售后服务系统、因地制宜的实施农机购置补贴政策并扩大农机购置补贴的覆盖面。

After the implementation of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy in China,the agricultural machinery total power has greatly ascended.According to the results of multivariate regression analysis,agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy has great influence on the ownership of large tractor,but the efficiency of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy is low,and there are some problems in the implementation process of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy in China,such as:after-sales service of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy does not reach the designated position,the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy didn't adjust measures to local conditions and its coverage was narrow.I suggested that government perfect after-sales service system of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy,adjust the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy to local conditions and expand the coverage of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy.
