腰椎滑脱症手术治疗体会

Experience on Surgical Treatment for Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

目的 :探讨腰椎滑脱后路复位、减压、固定及融合的手术效果。方法 :对行RF -Ⅱ系统、SF内固定装置加后外侧融合术治疗的6例腰椎滑脱患者进行临床观察 ,分析其手术指征、治疗要点。结果 :6例均获满意复位 ,临床症状消失 ,植骨5例融合。结论 :应用具有提拉作用的椎弓根螺钉维持固定腰椎加后外侧植骨融合是治疗腰椎滑脱的较为理想的治疗方法。

Objective:To investigation the results of the lumbar spondylo listhesis by using surgical techniques.Methods:6cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis were reduced and fixed with RF-Ⅱor SF,fused by autograft,then analyzed the surgical indications and the clinical results.Results:Satisfactory reduction and improvement of symptoms were obtained in6cases.Conclusions:Reduced and fixed by vertebral pedical screw system with rise-drawfunction and posteriorlateral fusion was an ideal method in treating lumbar spondylolisthesis.
