摘要
螺栓准距是角钢螺栓节点设计的重要内容,合理的螺栓准距有利于提高角钢节点的承载力.为了研究大规格角钢节点的最优准距,针对节点布置3排螺栓的情况,进行了18个不同节点模型的有限元计算.通过对计算结果的对比分析,研究了节点的极限承载力、破坏形态.结果表明:最优准距与螺栓规格有关,现行规范中不区分螺栓规格而确定节点螺栓准距的方法是不妥的.以∠220×20规格的角钢为例,给出了角钢节点布置3排螺栓时的最优准距,以便于工程应用.
Rolled angle directrix is the main content of bolts design of joints.Reasonable rolled angle directrix is helpful to improve the bearing capacity of angle steel joints.In order to study the optimal rolled angle directrix of large angle steel joints,18finite element analyzis works on the bolted joints of large angle steels have been done.Through analyzing the calculation results and studying the ultimate bearing capacity of node deformation,failure pattern of angle steel,the optimal rolled angle directrix from the table.The results show that the optimal rolled angle directrix of arranging three rows of bolts is associated with bolt specification,which is different from the usual design habits(who think rolled angle directrix has nothing to do with the bolt specification).Angle steel joints of bolts arranging three rows of the optimal from the table are given,so as to be convenient for the engineering application.
