摘要
电厂主厂房楼层结构设计一直是电厂结构设计中非常繁琐但又特别重要的一部分.如今随着BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术的飞速发展,如何将其应用到电厂主厂房楼层结构设计中已成为一个急需解决的关键问题.提出了以SmartPlant 3D作为设计平台,实现主厂房楼层结构数字化设计的方法,通过该方法,可在同一个三维软件中实现多个专业间的密切配合及协同设计,优化了设计过程,使设计更加精细、准确,可在一定程度上缩短项目周期,降低项目成本.该方法已成功应用于大唐淮北虎山2×660 MW火电工程,结果表明该设计方法合理有效.
Design of power plant main building floors is always a complex but important part of structural design.With the rapid development of the building information modeling(BIM),how to apply it to the design of main building floors is becoming a key problem to be solved.The authors have suggested a new way which can help us realize digital design of main building floors by adopting SmartPlant 3D.Then we can realize the cooperation with several majors in SmartPlant 3D.It makes the design more reasonable and exact.Moreover,it takes less time and costs less to some extent.The way has been successfully applied to2×660MW Hushan Thermal Power Plant.The results that the proposed method is available and reasonable.
